Norton Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. As a member of our multidisciplinary care team, you will work collaboratively to evaluate and address patients' mental health needs in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric diagnostic assessments and thorough psychosocial assessments to identify patients' mental health needs.
- Create behavioral health treatment plans and utilize evidence-based practice interventions to achieve improved medical and mental health outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to address, counsel, and educate patients and families about behavioral health factors impacting barriers to improve overall health outcomes.
- Manage emergent mental health needs in the clinic, including acute anxiety, depression, and crisis interventions.
- Document patient information and coordinate care in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Two years of post-graduate experience
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Desirable: One year of experience as a social worker
