Position Overview
As an Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO of Manchester-East, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to assist individuals during challenging times. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough internal job file quality assessments.
  • Prepare billing estimates and invoices accurately.
  • Manage crew coordination and job scheduling efficiently.
  • Perform essential accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and payroll.
  • Support recruitment efforts by assisting in employment activities.
  • Handle various office administrative tasks, including drafting emails and written correspondence.
  • Execute detailed and precise data entry.
  • Provide assistance to other departments as required.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office-related roles.
  • Familiarity with billing processes, quality assurance, and scheduling is advantageous.
  • Experience in a service-oriented environment is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills, including effective listening and questioning abilities.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Willingness to learn new software applications, including proprietary systems.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is beneficial.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Must successfully complete a background check as per applicable laws.

Work Schedule
Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with flexibility for overtime as needed. Work hours will vary between 7:45 a.m. and 5 p.m.
