Job Summary

The Physical Therapist (PT) is tasked with delivering a complete spectrum of physical therapy services. This includes patient assessment, treatment planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions within a collaborative, interdisciplinary framework that aligns with professional standards and ethical practices.

Licenses and Certifications

Applicants must possess and maintain a valid state PT license or certification. Current CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Experience: 0-1 years in a relevant field.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation requirements.
  • Design and execute individualized treatment plans that may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities aimed at enhancing patients' physical capabilities.
  • Provide education to patients and their families regarding exercise methods, posture, body mechanics, and effective condition management strategies.
  • Ensure meticulous and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to guarantee holistic patient care.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
