POSITION OVERVIEWThe Customer Service Representative is essential in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and addressing feedback with efficiency and professionalism. Join our team and uphold our core values of customer satisfaction, integrity, innovation, and compassion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Efficiently process and manage customer orders
- Collaborate with various departments to accommodate special requests

- Provide administrative support and maintain accurate documentation

This position does not entail any direct supervisory responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS- High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and sound judgment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine passion for customer service and process enhancement
- Integrity and a collaborative mindset
This role is primarily office-based, involving various administrative tasks. Employees will interact with colleagues, operate computers, and may occasionally lift objects. The office setting is dynamic and requires strong organizational abilities.
