Customer Service Team Lead

As a Customer Service Supervisor at T.J. Maxx, you will be responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing a team of Associates at the front of store, training and coaching them on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs, addressing customer concerns and issues promptly, and coordinating breaks for all. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote an excellent customer experience
2. Oversee a team of Associates at the front of store
3. Train and coach Associates on personalizing the customer experience
4. Address customer concerns and issues promptly
