We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and manage key documentation and training materials related to IT and security for Talent. The successful candidate will have a strong background in creating security policies and procedures, as well as experience in producing user-friendly training content and internal documentation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create and update security policies and procedures, including incident response, disaster recovery, vulnerability management, and data encryption.
  • Develop and maintain IT and security training materials, including how-to guides for end users on tools such as Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Produce internal procedure documents covering processes such as onboarding, problem reporting, and capacity planning.
  • Develop and distribute IT communication bulletins to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Conduct research on various security and IT topics to generate relevant web content, including security awareness materials and employee communications.

**Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience in writing and developing security policies and procedures is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SOC2 and/or ISO 27001 standards is desirable.
  • Experience using Confluence for editing and publishing web content is preferred.
  • Strong ability to research and develop engaging and informative content related to IT and security.
