Position Overview

In times of behavioral health emergencies, individuals require specialized support and care. At Clarvida, LLC, the Case Manager plays a crucial role within our Community Crisis Center, dedicated to assisting clients facing such challenges. This role is essential in guiding clients towards their personal recovery objectives by providing tailored education on accessing community resources, sustaining essential life supports like housing and income, and managing daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate connections for clients to support groups and community networks.
  • Provide education and encouragement focused on both physical and mental well-being, promoting healthy lifestyle choices.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, etc.).
  • Familiarity with community mental health resources is advantageous.
  • Ability to successfully complete background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting.
