Job Summary:

eTeam Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Content Producer to join our team. As a Content Producer, you will play a critical role in implementing two new critical platforms, focusing on the Workday implementation team and supporting the implementation of ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with project Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and update content, ensuring a seamless user experience and consistency with eTeam Inc.'s content style guidelines.
  • Manage content change requests and workflow during Workday UAT and leading up to launch, utilizing task management and ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, editors, and other groups to manage content reviews, carefully tracking and prioritizing tickets as needed.
  • Lead QA sessions and participate in team meetings to implement effective processes for content development and quality assurance.
  • Support ServiceNow content changes and/or People site weekly publishing operations as time allows.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of project management experience and managing content for high-traffic websites.
  • Experience with content management systems and task management/ticketing systems.
  • Ability in copywriting and editing, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for collaboration.
  • Organized, articulate, and detail-oriented, with reliability and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with HR programs (including Workday) is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
