Job Opportunity

FloSports, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Content Manager for FloGrappling to join our team. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that engage and grow our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging content across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with our team of content creators to produce high-quality video, written, and graphic content that resonates with our audience.
  • Manage team budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of time and budget.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to showcase top athletes and personalities in the sport of jiu jitsu.
  • Travel to live events to capture compelling coverage and create engaging content.
  • Work closely with our team to brainstorm and implement strategies to grow and engage our community.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of professional experience in content creation, with a focus on video, written, and graphic content.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of content creators.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on AP Style.
  • Knowledge of video editing tools, such as Final Cut or Premiere Pro.
  • Knowledge of photo and graphics editing tools, such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
