Position Title: Senior Retrofit Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure the successful execution of all project phases.
  • Prepare and manage monthly financial forecasts, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and financial targets.
  • Coordinate all contract operations, including turnover meetings, project scope, construction timelines, client relations, job cost management, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Assess and maintain efficient project operations, managing expenses in line with budgetary and contractual guidelines.
  • Provide technical guidance and supervision to project staff.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Advise client personnel on construction-related issues and potential challenges.
  • Guide project coordinators in procuring necessary materials and services.
  • Maintain thorough records and controls to ensure effective project management.
  • Promote a strong safety culture aligned with company values and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all project documentation and correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in HVAC plumbing or building management controls.
  • At least 15 years of project management experience in General Trades.
  • Experience managing projects with budgets ranging from $500,000 to $5 million.
  • Proficient in preparing proposals, scheduling, and coordinating site contractors.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable of working independently or collaboratively, adapting to shifting priorities.
