We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Hospital Patient Care Specialist to join our team at ISD Renal, Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals with end-stage renal disease.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care, including administering dialysis treatments, monitoring patient vital signs, and documenting patient information.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Assist with patient education and support, including teaching patients about dialysis-related topics and providing guidance on medication management.
Contribute to a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies, as needed.
Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
