Position Overview

The selected Contractor will appoint a Facilities Operations Manager tasked with overseeing daily facility management across all aspects of the contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of all trades specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) Section 8.0.
  • Exhibit proven experience in coordinating and managing teams across various trades.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in effectively communicating facility operations events, both verbally and in writing.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate should hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a comparable role managing projects of similar scale and complexity.
  • Possession of an industry-recognized certification in Facilities Management is preferred.
