About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of at-risk Latina teens. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the LIP program site, providing support to program staff, and ensuring that all program activities and scheduling are implemented as planned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Assume responsibility for day-to-day operations of the LIP program site, including supervising all program activities and scheduling to be implemented by Case Managers and Creative Art Therapist consultants.
  • Staff Support: Provide support to program staff, including Case Managers and Creative Art Therapists, to ensure they have the necessary resources to deliver high-quality services to participants.
  • Participant Services: Ensure that all program participants receive mental health services, including case management, group therapy, and individualized support.
  • Community Engagement: Collaborate with various community agencies, public officials, and organizations to promote the Life is Precious program and build relationships that benefit our participants.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and holidays.
