Customer Service Representative

At Smith Optics, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product lines, including their features and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed departmental goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Microsoft Suite experience and proficiency in Zendesk.
