About the Job Description
Futu US Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Manager to join our FUTU Clearing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with FINRA, SEC, and other regulatory requirements related to prime brokerage operations, securities lending, short selling, rehypothecation, client margin and capital adequacy rules. They will also oversee the institutional client onboarding process to ensure adherence to AML/KYC (Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer) regulations. Additionally, they will advise hedge fund clients as to the applicability of securities laws to their businesses, identify industry wide developments which expose the firm to legal, regulatory or reputational risks and lead firm wide initiatives to improve the regulatory environment in which equities finance operates.

This role requires a highly skilled professional with 7+ years of experience in a compliance role within a prime brokerage, clearing or trading environment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of prime brokerage or clearing operations, including margin rules, client onboarding, securities lending, and risk management. Familiarity with FINRA rules, SEC regulations, and other global regulatory frameworks related to prime brokerage and trading activities is essential. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail are required to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The base salary for this role is estimated at $140,000 - $175,000.
