Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building with existing and potential clients.

  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including cross-selling and upselling existing products and services.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field; financial services experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, prolonged use of hands and fingers, and ability to lift light to heavy objects.
