Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Oversee the performance of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet hotel standards.
  • Cleanliness and Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure public areas and guest rooms meet Omni Hotels' cleanliness standards.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, receiving, payroll, reporting, and data analysis to optimize housekeeping operations.
  • Staff Development: Identify areas for improvement and provide training to enhance staff performance.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Respond to guest requests and complaints, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

Requirements:

  • Previous Hotel Experience: Proven track record in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with staff and guests.
  • Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership skills, including professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to analyze data to inform decision-making.
