Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Trulite. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production processes and leading a team of hourly associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training and development of new and existing employees
- Oversee and coordinate plant floor activities, including setup and adjustments of machines
- Inspect products to verify conformance to company specifications
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to employees on performance reviews, disciplinary issues, and other matters
- Participate in interviewing, hiring, and terminations of employees as needed
- Retention, training, and continued development of hourly associates
- Interface with team members on a daily basis and resolve problems and maintain efficient workflow
- Ensure on-time delivery, management of raw materials, and control of inventory
- Adhere to product and customer specifications, employment laws, and OSHA regulations
- Accurate and timely production reporting
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience or training
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, 5S and Lean manufacturing knowledge
- Committed to safe work practices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Planning and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to mentor and coach employees
