Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production processes and leading a team of hourly associates to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training and development programs for new and existing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Oversee and coordinate plant floor activities, including setup and adjustments of machines, to ensure high-quality products are produced on time.
- Assist in the implementation of 5S and Lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to employees on their performance, and participate in interviewing, hiring, and terminations as needed.
- Interface with team members daily to resolve problems and maintain efficient workflow.
- Ensure adherence to product and customer specifications, and compliance with all required Employment Laws and OSHA regulations.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, with knowledge of 5S and Lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to mentor and coach employees.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to multi-task, be organized, efficient, accurate, and accountable to job responsibilities.
