Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Motivate a Team: As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of production staff to achieve their goals and objectives.
- Oversee Daily Operations: You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production floor, including supervising production staff, monitoring production processes, and ensuring that all products meet quality and safety standards.
- Drive Process Improvements: You will be responsible for identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Train and Develop Staff: You will be responsible for training and developing production staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Communicate with Management: You will be responsible for communicating with management to ensure that production goals and objectives are met.
- Ensure Compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring that all production staff comply with company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- 3-5 Years of Supervisory Experience: You will need to have 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Manufacturing Knowledge: You will need to have knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures, including 5S and Lean manufacturing.
- Leadership Skills: You will need to have strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team.
