Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Branch Civil, Inc. is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Equipment Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment maintenance and repair, with a focus on ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet.
Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Perform repairs and replacements of equipment components as needed, using industry-standard tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with equipment operations management to schedule services and minimize production impact.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repair activities.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve equipment maintenance and repair efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest equipment technologies and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- CDL license with hazmat and tanker endorsements required.
- Basic computer skills and experience with MS Office and iPad required.

Occasional overnight stays may be required.
Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position reports to the Equipment Operations Foreperson.
