Branch Civil, Inc. is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Equipment Service Technician to support our growing operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our heavy equipment fleet.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Comply with all relevant safety regulations and guidelines, including BCI and OSHA standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and maintenance tasks on deployed heavy equipment, including refueling and lubrication as needed.
  • Perform mechanical repairs and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Communicate equipment status and readiness with job and equipment operations management to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Schedule services with job management to minimize production impact and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Own and maintain industry-standard basic tools required for heavy equipment service tasks.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with iPad and MS Office.
  • CDL License with hazmat and tanker endorsements required.

Travel and Work Environment

The Equipment Service Technician will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with occasional overnight stays and weekend work. The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
