Prior experience in sales, spa services, health/wellness, or customer service is advantageous, but we are open to training the right individual.

We provide a Competitive Salary + Commission + Complimentary Infrared Sauna Membership Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct outreach to commercial establishments to cultivate relationships for cross-selling opportunities.

● Propel membership sales and revenue growth by effectively conveying the science, technology, and advantages of Infrared sauna, Chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy, highlighting the value of membership.

● Mentor and support Wellness Sales Associates and Sauna Attendants, equipping them with comprehensive product knowledge and sales techniques to meet or surpass membership goals. Ensure all tasks assigned to associates are completed thoroughly.

● Deliver exceptional customer experiences by welcoming members, addressing their needs, and maintaining a high standard of customer service both in person and through external communication channels. Respond to all lead management tasks required during shifts.

● Act as a community ambassador for beem by organizing studio events, Pop Up events, and community outreach initiatives to foster a vibrant, engaged membership culture, enhancing brand recognition and attracting new clientele.

● Comply with company policies, uphold cleanliness and operational integrity of the facility, and project a positive image of the brand to promote its objectives and enhance public recognition.

● Must be able to demonstrate the saunas to members, which involves entering and exiting the sauna and reaching overhead to adjust settings.

● Must be able to bend, kneel, and squat to access and adjust the saunas as necessary.
