Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Health Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our program, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support clients in a 24/7 residential environment, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- Document and report client behavior and progress, ensuring accurate and timely communication with program staff.
- Train and assist clients in basic daily living skills, promoting independence and self-sufficiency.
- Maintain a clean, healthy, and safe living environment, adhering to program standards and regulations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Any combination of training and experience that has allowed you to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the position.
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support to our clients.
What We Offer
As a Health Services Specialist with Avita Community Partners, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, surrounded by a team of dedicated professionals who share your passion for making a difference. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 and a part-time schedule that includes Saturday and Sunday shifts from 7:30pm to 7:30am.
