Job Overview

We are seeking Assemblers to join our team in Holland, MI, where you will work as part of a team to assemble frames and other large lounge units, ensuring Haworth quality specifications are met. Responsibilities include designing forms for chair clamps, inspecting components, and performing minor repairs as necessary.

Work Schedule

Our 1st shift schedule runs from 6:30am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities available. You will have weekends off and enjoy a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements
  • 8th grade education or higher
  • Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50lbs with assistance
  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to use basic hand, air, cordless, and/or electric tools
  • Ability to utilize electronic production systems and maintenance management systems
  • Ability to read and follow basic blueprints
  • Good color perception and strong manual dexterity
