Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Lead by example, modeling and coaching staff to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that aligns with early learning standards
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing regular updates to parents
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma and/or degree in early childhood education or a related field
  • FL DCF 45 hours certification with a CDA preferred
  • Ability to obtain VPK Teacher credentials from DCF
  • Clear DCF background check
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in early childhood education
  • CPR, First Aid, and Fire Extinguisher Certification
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
