Nurse Specialist

Job Summary:
As a Staff Nurse at Kaiser Permanente, you will provide high-quality nursing care and services to patients and families. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and promote a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing assistive personnel
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs

Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Basic Life Support certification
Registered Nurse License (Hawaii) required
One year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with electronic medical records
Coursework in basic EKG
