Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Executive to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for clinical education programs and activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for clinical education programs and activities, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and implement pre-employment clinical training programs, aligning with industry standards and best practices.
  • Design and deliver post-graduate clinical education programs, focusing on continuous professional development and growth.
  • Manage training data and documents, maintaining accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Update and maintain training materials, schedules, evaluations, and reports, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Prepare for audits by internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating expertise and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with administrative and clinical leads to drive strategic initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate faculty development initiatives and activities, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Support policy development for clinical education and training, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provide administrative and secretariat support for clinical education and training-related matters, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Coordinate and support departmental projects, leveraging expertise and resources to drive success.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Work with the team on cross-cutting and organization-wide projects, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinical Director (Clinical Education & Training) and supervisors, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum degree qualifications preferred, with a strong foundation in education and training.
  • Experience in learning and development/training is required, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in healthcare/public organization is highly preferred, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
