The Programme Coordinator Training Specialist will assist the Programme Manager in the administration of programmes, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for training and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Programme Manager in programme administration, including event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Manage the programme's App, ensuring timely updates and accurate information dissemination.
- Prepare reports and invoices for related events, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
- Provide monthly reports on programme requirements to the Programme Manager, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Gather feedback from facilitators, instructors, and participants to understand programme needs and requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma Holder in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
