Key Responsibilities
  • Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales transactions.
  • Achieve new business production targets and objectives.
  • Produce and present insurance quotes.
  • Excel in building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Establish and maintain rapport with clients.
  • Engage in cold calling, direct emailing, and other lead generation efforts.
  • Increase sales revenue through effective communication via phone, email, and client lists.
  • Market services and cultivate relationships with local business owners.

Qualifications
  • Must hold a Life Insurance License in Texas
  • Must hold a Property & Casualty License in Texas
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to handle customer rejection professionally
  • Proficient typing skills (60+ wpm)
  • Enjoy engaging with people and possess confidence on the phone
  • Must be at least 18 years old (background checks will be conducted)
  • No felony convictions
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Preference for candidates residing in the South Arlington area
  • Completion of an online assessment and video interview is required for consideration.
  • This is not a remote position.
