Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team at ATS Automation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling various mechanical systems and components under the direction of our supervisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and assemble mechanical systems and components using various tools and equipment
  • Interpret and use technical drawings and documentation to complete assembly tasks
  • Fabricate simpler components using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
  • Form, prepare, and align copper, brass, and plastic piping, as well as associated bracketing and hardware
  • Braze, solder, and bond piping as required
  • Mount various assemblies and components
  • Perform metal treatment processes, including polishing, painting, and passivation
  • Meet documented specification requirements and quality standards in a cost-effective and timely manner
Requirements
  • Welding, soldering, and brazing experience or certification a plus
  • Fork Truck Driver's License a plus
  • Technical School a plus
  • Previous experience a plus
