ATS Company: SP Industries Requisition ID: 13227 Location: Warminster, PA, US, 18974 Date: Aug 29, 2024 Mechanical Assembly Consultant - Lyo Scientific Products, an ATS Companyisexpanding our team and have immediate opening for aLyophilizer Mechanical Assembler Key Responsibilities: Assembly Expertise: Provide detailed instructions and hands-on assistance in assembling lyophilizers and related components. Quality Assurance: Ensure all assemblies meet stringent quality standards and specifications. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues in lyophilizers Training: Train and mentor assembly line workers on best practices and techniques specific to lyophilization equipment. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in assembling lyophilizers or similar complex mechanical systems. Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills specific to lyophilization equipment. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Education: Relevant technical certification or degree preferred. HSE All employees have the responsibility to work in a safe manner and report any health, safety or environmental concern to their manager or supervisor in a timely manner. Employee responsibilities for Health, Safety and Environment include: Work in compliance with divisional health, safety and environmental procedures Refrain from removing or altering safety devices or guarding unless hazardous energies are controlled through lockout-tagout methods Report any unsafe conditions or unsafe acts Report defect in any equipment or protective device Ensure that the required protective equipment is used for the assigned tasks Attend all required health, safety and environmental training Report any accidents/incidents to supervisor Assist in investigating accidents/incidents Refrain from engaging in any prank, contest, feat of strength, unnecessary running or rough and boisterous conduct Why Scientific Products?
