Quality Assurance: Ensure all assemblies meet stringent quality standards and specifications. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues in lyophilizers Training: Train and mentor assembly line workers on best practices and techniques specific to lyophilization equipment. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in assembling lyophilizers or similar complex mechanical systems. Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills specific to lyophilization equipment. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Education: Relevant technical certification or degree preferred. HSE All employees have the responsibility to work in a safe manner and report any health, safety or environmental concern to their manager or supervisor in a timely manner.
