Responsibilities:

* Produce components by mechanically assembling small, precision machine parts using a variety of hand tools, power tools, drills, and presses.
* Read and follow blueprints and written work instructions.
* Periodically check products per company policy to ensure quality and alert supervisor to any problems.
* Clean and maintain work area.
* Operate laser marking equipment.
* Complete documentation as required.
* Media blast and tumble parts to necessary finish.
* Manage workflow to meet production standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

* High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred.
* 3+ years in manufacturing facility.
* Strong mechanical aptitude.
* Good attention to detail.
* Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components that are often very small.
