Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the on-site construction process, including supervision of subcontractors and coordination with internal teams.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to homebuyers, ensuring their satisfaction with the construction process.
  • Manage budgets and costs, ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.
  • Identify and manage subcontractors, ensuring their quality and timeliness.
  • Proactively communicate with the Area Construction Manager on construction, customer service, and safety issues.
  • Ensure that assigned communities are well-maintained and appealing to homebuyers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Business, or equivalent experience in construction management.
  • 4+ years of progressively responsible positions in construction management, preferably in a production builder.
  • 3-5 years of home building experience required.
  • Knowledge of construction industry, including cost, materials, products, methods, and procedures.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Working Conditions

This position requires frequent travel to construction sites, with occasional work in a typical office environment. The work environment is fast-paced, with numerous schedule and priority changes, and short-notice activities.

A valid driver's license is required for this position.
