Job Summary:

As a Manufacturing Engineer with Korean language skills, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and productive work environment, following all applicable regulations. Your primary responsibility will be to train and develop staff for success in company goals and future opportunities. You will be responsible for creating a positive and highly effective working environment based on mutual respect and a shared goal of being the number one supplier to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance of production equipment and their controls to ensure operation of machinery
  • Communicate directly with the production department to coordinate preventive maintenance and troubleshooting work in production areas
  • Prepare and manage periodic preventive maintenance schedule
  • Keep records of all preventive maintenance and troubleshooting works
  • Coordinate with outside sources to schedule maintenance for more complex issues
  • Ensure work is completed in a safe manner and maintain a safe work environment following all safety requirements
  • Prepare and maintain maintenance related documents; daily report and check sheet

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical or related), or similar
  • Industrial Maintenance Journeyman's certificate or equivalent preferred
  • Understanding of Production and Processing equipment
  • 0-5+ Years Industrial Maintenance Experience preferred
  • Direct, coordinate, lead and mentor the activities of team members
