Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our inpatient units.
Key Responsibilities- Implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Assess patients' physical and mental health needs, and develop appropriate plans of care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Administer medication and provide education to patients and families.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Registered nurse licensed by State Board of Nursing in the state of employment.
- American Health Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
- Formal training in management of aggressive patients.
- Previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults preferred.
