About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment with a team of experienced healthcare professionals. As a Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality patient care and work closely with our physicians and other healthcare team members to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide primary and specialty care to patients in a family medicine setting
- Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, and develop treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
- Master's degree in nursing or physician assistant studies
- Current state certification as a PA or APNP
- Current DEA registration
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent
- Medicaid and Medicare (PECOS) enrollment and DEA registration
