National Counseling Group is seeking a qualified Mental Health Professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with licensing and Medicaid standards.
  • Provide crisis intervention and case management services to assigned clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct team meetings to ensure all relevant input is incorporated into the service plan development process.
  • Provide trauma-informed, person-centered, psychosocial, and psychoeducational interventions to help clients achieve their treatment goals.
  • Offer individual, family, and group counseling and therapy sessions, tailored to the client's needs and approved credentialing.
  • Facilitate individual and family sessions to address identified goals and objectives.
  • Document all treatment activities, including phone calls, to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Maintain ongoing and consistent communication with affiliated case professionals, including school, social services, and other mental health providers.
  • Provide formal case updates and presentations to professionals in various settings, such as FAPT, IEP, and Court.
