InfuCare Rx Inc, on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries, is seeking a highly skilled Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team. This role is a key contributor to the Infusion Pharmacy's operation, working under the direct supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor and in collaboration with the healthcare team to provide exceptional value to our customers.

Job Summary:

The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator will be responsible for packing orders, preparing shipments, coordinating the shipping of medications to patients, handling receiving of packages, stocking and maintaining warehouse shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pack orders and prepare shipments for delivery
  • Coordinate the shipping of medications to patients via drivers, couriers, and FedEx
  • Handle receiving of packages to the pharmacy and office location
  • Stock and maintain warehouse shelves, assist with inventory management
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Work with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with the coordination of daily deliveries and ensure timely delivery of medications to patients
  • Demonstrate and incorporate principles of safety and infection control into daily activities
  • Confirm delivery based on company protocols
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality assurance practices, as well as compliance with state and federal laws
  • Assist with product purchasing, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure receipt of correct drug products
  • Assist with the National Pump Depot and work with the Biotechnician to track and clean pumps and medical equipment
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an acute or specialty infusion pharmacy
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Experience with CPR+ Pharmacy Management System
Physical Demands:

This role requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear, as well as use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment. Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs may be required. Specific vision requirements include close, distance, and peripheral vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus.
