As a Pest Control Technician, you play a vital role in our organization. You are essential in fostering enduring relationships with our clients, also referred to as Service Professionals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely administer pesticides in accordance with company standards, label instructions, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Document services rendered following company protocols and applicable legal requirements.
- Operate company vehicles and equipment in line with company policies, ensuring they are well-maintained.
- Travel to customer locations using a company vehicle.
- Establish and nurture relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Effectively communicate with customers regarding their services, including updates to plans and schedules.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from customers and the office.
- Assist in sales initiatives, ensuring customers receive comprehensive Pest Control and Animal Management services.
Who You Are:
- Exhibit a high degree of accountability and responsibility.
- Exceptional relationship builder with strong communication skills.
- No prior experience necessary.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
- Must pass background checks, motor vehicle reports, and drug screenings.
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures, confined spaces, and at heights.
- Capable of handling stinging and/or biting pests.
- Ability to clearly read and write notes.
- Must be able to lift equipment backpacks weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to successfully complete the state pesticide applicator licensing process.
- Able to handle, mix, and apply pesticides and associated chemicals.

- Base hourly pay starting at $18/hr plus uncapped sales commissions (top performers can earn up to $75k/year).
