Job Title: Rehabilitation Clinical Educator

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Rehabilitation Clinical Educator to join our team in Boise, Idaho.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive education programs for inpatient acute care therapy teams and the Rehab therapy team in Boise.
  • Oversee orientation, onboarding, and ongoing education for therapy teams.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., OT, PT, SLP).
  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Valid license to practice in the state of Idaho.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
