Job Title: Nurse Educator

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) Educator to join our team in Boise, Idaho.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to develop, design, and deploy education and simulation experiences for our stakeholders. As a Nurse Educator, you will play a vital role in creating an environment where our team can thrive both personally and professionally.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement education and simulation programs for nursing staff
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify education needs and develop solutions
  • Design and deliver education and simulation experiences that meet the needs of our stakeholders
  • Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Education and/or training experience in a related field
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Idaho
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
