Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior executives to develop and refine the company's financial and strategic goals, translating them into actionable and measurable plans.
  • Oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders.
  • Deliver comprehensive financial analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews, including key metrics, revenue, and EBITDA analysis.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance for mergers, acquisitions, and other business development activities.
Requirements and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of financial planning and analysis experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are strongly preferred.
  • Extensive experience with FP&A systems and tools, and the ability to lead the implementation of new technologies and processes.
