Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze customer credit applications to determine credit worthiness
  • Manage credit hold policy, reviewing customer account status, payment, and collections
  • Provide timely and effective communication to internal and external customers regarding account status and collections
  • Perform regular review of customer files to manage risk and ensure compliance with audit controls
  • Make recommendations on bad debt management and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, and/or Collections functions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations to inform business decisions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
