Job Description

Armstrong Receivable Management is a leading provider of debt recovery and financial solutions, serving businesses across various industries for decades. As a Premium Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that insurance companies adhere to laws and regulations, examining financial records to identify evidence of fraud and non-compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough audits of Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Automobile policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare for audits by identifying necessary information and records, and developing a schedule to maximize efficiency.
  • Correspond with insured parties via phone, email, and mail to schedule audit appointments.
  • Examine policyholder records, gather data, and write effective descriptions of operations to determine correct classifications.
  • Prepare complete audit documents, explain results to insured parties, and communicate findings to the home office.
  • Travel to multiple audit locations daily/weekly to conduct on-site audits.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent, plus two years' experience in premium auditing or a related field.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial documents.
  • General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $44,700 - $55,000.
