Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with RV Outfitters to identify the most appropriate products for customers based on their specific needs.
  • Negotiate customer purchase terms, including pricing, financing options, and payment arrangements.
  • Facilitate financing for customers through various platforms and sources.
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with local financial institutions and vendors.
  • Market and sell aftermarket products and warranty packages.
  • Remain knowledgeable about applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Select suitable lenders, secure approvals, ensure customer commitment, and finalize transactions.
  • Track financial metrics such as F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender engagement.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills with colleagues, customers, and senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience and success in a Finance Manager position.
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales management, merchandising, inventory oversight, and consumer behavior.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in utilizing customer data and inventory management systems.
  • Exhibit professionalism in appearance and conduct.
  • Effective closing techniques.
  • Positive demeanor and capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Pass background checks and drug screenings.
