Job Description

The Field Resource Inspector is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of field inspection reporting. This position performs specific inspection services at the direction of the local Foreman or Supervisor, working independently or with other resources as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform inspection services in a professional manner, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Review and confirm work orders, completing all required job information via designated tools and resources.
  • Take photos to document phases of work performed on the job.
  • Ensure Spec compliance, material type, and proper storage during Job Site Inspections.
  • Walk the roof with the Foreman, addressing proper drainage, staging, application, and details.
  • Observe and document all work being done.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with all forms of low-slope roofing systems.
  • Knowledge of Tremco line of products and proper applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
