We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Park Store Supervisor to join our team at Eastern National. As a Full-time Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring seamless execution of our retail strategy and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective store layouts to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory, sales, and staff performance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least three years of experience in retail management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
