Key Responsibilities

  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, staff, and leadership to ensure seamless coordination of care and resolution of issues.
  • Incident Reporting: Investigate and document incidents, providing recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Education and Training: Provide education and training to staff on risk management, patient advocacy, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or business.
