Job Title: Patient Advocate

Beacon Health System is seeking a highly skilled Patient Advocate to join our team. As a Patient Advocate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent patients and their families in resolving complaints and concerns related to healthcare services.
  • Investigate and analyze incidents and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to prevent future incidents.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or business.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in patient relations, advocacy, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and laws.
